Blogging - the next step in my Technological Cyberspace World! Better later than never!

Just got started on the Precept online women's bible study with Pam Gillaspie "Sweeter than chocolate", study of Psalm 119.  I am having a lot of trouble watching the weekly videos (vimeo), a lot of "freezes" during play.  If anyone has any suggestions of how I can improve that, please help me out.  I downloaded the adobeair, installed the vimeo application, and still no improvement.
